The customer had aluminium windows which were 10-15 years old and was getting extreme condensation as the pictures shows. The solution to this problem was to replace the bottom pane with a triple low E glazing to reduce the condensation to a minimum and increase airflow.

The Tower Hotel recently renovated all of the rooms facing the rear Carpark. A major problem encountered during this renovation was leaking and draughty windows. We had to hire a scissors lift strip down the old silicone that was broken away and finished it with a nice neat PVC Quadrant which solved the leaks.

We were asked by Whitford Property Management to make contact with their client who were complaining about a draft through their windows.
On inspection the clients old window handles were after becoming loose from wear and tear and there was no compression when the handle was closed . We had to drill off the old handles and pop rivet on new handles . These handles are mostly found on Aluminium windows and old Pvc windows.
